영주권을 받은 방법과는 상관이 없습니다.
즉, 취업 영주권을 받았어도, 시민권자와 결혼하여
영주권인 상태로 결혼생활 기간이 3년이 되면 (사실은 그보다 90일 전부터)
시민권 신청을 할 수 있습니다.
