모기지 승인나서 오늘 편지를 받았는데, 아래 문구가 좀 걸리네요. 요새 이자율이 많이 오르는 추세라서 그래서 이런걸 첨부한거같은데.. 

머 막판에 모기지회사에서 이자율을 가지고 장난을 한다고하는 소리는 많이 들었는데 요즘 클로징하시는 분들은 어떤가요? 저는 이자율 락을 6월 초에 3.875% 에 했고 7월 중순에 클로징합니다.
