회사에서 건강보험을 작성하고 있는도중, “Flexible Spending Accounts” 라는 게 있는데,
이게 잘 이해가 안갑니다. 혹시 아시는분은 설명좀 해주세요~~
You can contribute up to $2,500 annually (spread out through payroll deduction each pay period). Your full annual election is accessible to you on your date of hire. Since you don’t have to wait for the cash to accumulate in your account, you can use it to pay for your eligible health care expenses at the start of your deductions.
The money you contribute can be used to cover out-of-pocket costs not covered by insurance (as allowed by the IRS, please see IRS Publication 502 for further information),such as:
Medical, Dental and Vision Expenses – co-pays, deductibles, coinsurance
Prescription Drug Costs
Medical Supplies
Orthodontia
