어제 phone을 사서, internet 연결을 하려는데, 연결이 안되더라구요.

 

customer service에 연락하니, 일단 managing connection에서

mobile network option 메뉴중, data servcice ‘on’, while roaming ‘on’, network selection mode ‘automatic’하라고 해서 선택했고, update하라는데, update가 안되네요. update failure가 뜨는군요. 여기는 southern CAL인데요…

 

혹시 VM internet 연결 문제 있으셨던 분들 중에 해결하신 분 있으세요?

제 case 등록하고, 72시간안에 연락 준다는데 벌써 3번째 customer service와 통화중인데 해결을 못해주네요.

 

무슨 문제인지도 모르겠구요…도움 글 부탁드립니다.
