IRS에서 편지가 왔는데요… 도와주세요.

저의 상황은

– 세금 보고 10일전 가족들이 받은 SSN를 ITIN operation에 보고함
– TAXACT 웹싸이트를 이용해서 1040A로 세금보고 함

세금보고결과
– 처음 EIC 를 받게 될 예정이고, 부시 스티물러스도 받게 될 예정입니다.

그런데 오늘 아래와 같은 편지를 받았습니다.

Thank you for your correspondence received Feb. 07. 2009 (세금보고한 날인것 같습니다.)

We haven’t resolved this matter because we haven’t completed all
the research necessary for a complete response. We will contact you again within 45 days to let you know what action we are taking. You don’t need to do anything further now on this matter.

If you have a current installment agreement with us, please continue
to make scheduled payments while waiting for our response. Even if
you do not have a formal installment agreement, you may make payments
to reduce the balance owed and minimize interest and penalty charges.
To help us apply payments properly, make your check or money order
payable to the United States Treasury, Ensure your name, address,
daytime telephone number, social security or Employer Identification
number, tax form and tax year are shown on the payment.

그리고 둘째장에는 returning VOUCHER 를 프린트 해놓고, use this voucher if you are making a payment. Even if you also have an inquiry 하라고 되어 있습니다.

아직 일처리를 끝내지 못했다는 것은 이해되는데 돈 내라는 말은 무슨 말인지 도통 모르겠습니다.

돈 내라고 써 있는데 금액도 없습니다.

이곳에 검색결과, done that 님께서 돈을 더 내야하던지,돈을 더 받던지간에 같은 종류의 편지를 받는다고 하는데 정말 신경 쓸 필요가 없나요?

연락이 없으면 IRS에 전화하라고 리플 달려 있는데 무슨 내용으로 전화하는 건지 도대체 모르겠습니다.
