남편은 이미 쇼셜넘버가 있고 와이프는 작년 여름에 쇼설넘버를 받았습니다.(영주권 승인되서) 쇼셜넘버 받자마자 택스아이디에서 쇼셜넘버를 신고했고 돈 받을 날만 기다리는데 저희는 왜 해당이 안되는건지요..애도 있는데..허탈입니다..

If your 2008 filing status is something other than Married Filing Joint.
Use $0.00 as the Economic Stimulus Payment you received when you calculate the Recovery Rebate Credit.

If your 2008 filing status is Married Filing Joint with the same spouse as on your 2007 tax return.
Use $0.00 as the Economic Stimulus Payment you received when you calculate the Recovery Rebate Credit.

If your 2008 filing status is Married Filing Joint but not with the same spouse as on your 2007 tax return.
Use $0.00 as your portion of the Economic Stimulus Payment.

You will also need to know the amount of your current spouse’s Economic Stimulus Payment when you calculate the Recovery Rebate Credit.
