First of all, I am sorry for your horrible experience.
I had same shameful history. You can see the court name and date in your ticket (small yellow paper). Lawyer will postpone the date to negotiate with prosecutor. If you can’t reach your lawyer, talk to court. It totally depends on judge’s decision.
