0.0 No structural damage and replaced panels.

바보같은 질문이었나 봅니다. 단순 범퍼 교환에 판금 페인트면 Structure Damage가 없는 거고, Damage Modifier가 0.0이니 Diminished Value가 $0 겠네요?
