    1040NR-EZ로 작성을 거의 다 한상태입니다.
    작성중에

    두번째 장 J 부분에

    If you are claiming the benefit of a U.S income tax treaty with foreign country, give the following information.

    country

    republic of korea
    type and amount of income exempt from tax and the applicable tax treaty article. Enter treaty-exempt income for 2007 below and on line 6; not on line 3 or 5

    이부분은 모르겠씁니다
    2007 10월 h1b받았습니다
    2004년부터 학생비자로 있었습니다.
    N/A로 써 넣어야하나요?

    j부분은 빈칸으로 나두어도 되나요?
    아니면 어떻게 써넣어야하는지 아시는분 도와주세요!!

      Student/Trainee는 한미세금협정 Article 21 (1)에 의해
      5년차동안 $2000까지 소득공제를 적용할 수 있습니다.

      2007년 10월 이전에 OPT로 일을 했다면, 그 소득에 대해서
      이를 적용할 수 있습니다.

      본인이 이를 적용했으면 ‘J’ 해당 연도에
      “$2000, Article 21 (1)”이라고 쓰고,
      적용하지 않았으면 “N/A”라고 쓰면 될 것입니다.
