brokerage 계좌의 tax 보고용 form ?

    안녕하세요,
    Bank account의 경우엔, tax보고를 위해 1099INT 폼을 은행이 제공하는데요. Brokerage계좌에 대한 폼이 따로 있나요?

    2007년한해동안, ETrade brokerage계좌를 이용해, ESPP도 팔고, 여러개의 Mutual fund, stock등을 사고팔았는데… Etrade tax report페이지에 가봤는데, 아무런 서류가 없네요. 설마 monthly statement를 전부 계산해서 하라는 건 아닐거라 생각되는데요… 조언 부탁드립니다.

      Form 1099 will be mailed to you. There are two reports (1099-INT and 1099-DIV) on a combined 1099. Those forms are mailed to you around first and second week of February.
