“100% vesting after 5 years of service” what is this mean? what if I resign just after 5 years of service? and how much I get? I’d better staying the company for 5 years?
After 5 years service, the matching money from the company is all yours. But, if your serice is less than 5 years, the matching money will be forfeited on a prorated base.
