HSBC online savings account 신청을 하다가 아래에 있는 부분에서 좀 막히네요. 이 부분을 체크해야하나요 안해야하나요?

외국인의 경우 backup withholding이 없는건가요? 아니면 한국과의 협약이 있어서 없는 건가요? 아니면 있는건가요?
