새집을 산지 1년6개월 되었구요.
1년이 되기전에 뒷마당 patio(450 평방 feet)의 시멘트에 crack이 2개가 생겼습니다. 물론 서류로 1년 warranty 기간이 지나기 전에 빌더에게 report했습니다.

빌더가 처음에는 patio가 warranty에 해당이 안된다면 고쳐주지 않다고 하다가 다른집(같은동네에 똑같은 문제가 생긴 집)데도 문제가 생겨서
고소를 하니까 바로 고쳐주었습니다.
그래서인지 지난주에 non-disclosure agreement를 하나보냈습니다.
내용은 고쳐주기는 하겠는데, warranty는 cover하지 않지만, 자기가 좋은사람이라서 해준다. 그리고 이거는 비밀로하자 뭐 이런 내용입니다.

궁금한것은 여기에 사인하고 그냥 고칠까요 아니면 내용을 수정해서
다시 제시해야할지 입니다.

This non disclosure agreement is endered into on June 16, 2006 between builder and A;

Whereas, A purchased a home from the builder on december 22, 2004 located at somewhere; and

Whereas, A has informed the builder of cracks in his patio and recognizes that the builder has no responsibility in making repairs; but in good faith the builder has agreed to the repairs with the understanding that A will refrain from negative comments against the reputation of the builder; and
-> 이항목이 좀 꺼려집니다. 제가 알기로 porch도 1년 warranty에 해당이 된다고 하는데 외 이런 항목을 넣을려고 하는지요 ?
제생각에 이항목을 바꾸어서 제가 다시 작성하려고 합니다.

Whereas, A agrees that the builder can not be held responsible for vendor delays in making the necessary repairs; and
->고치기위해 새로 tile을 넣기로 했거든요. 근데 tile 공사의 연기에 대해서
책임을 지지 않는다고 하니 …
제생각에 1개월 이내에 마무리해야한다. 이렇게 조항을 넣을려고 합니다.

Whereas A agrees not to disclose any information pertaining to this agreement.

In witness whereof, the parties have caused this agreement to be executed effective as of the date hereof.
