IT Manager

Job Summary:

Provides software, hardware and network support, training and troubleshooting. Provide operational support for the company.

Responsibility:

Information Technology

• System administrator
  • Develop, implement, and reviews companywide policy for information technology related issues, including, information security, communication devices, etc.
  • Monitor health of PCs, servers, and network
  • Recommend hardware/OS replacement and upgrade, and configure new PCs/servers for use
  • Manage PC/server backup/restore hardware, tools and processes
• Security administration
  • Manage virtual access control processes
    • Control User IDs and temporary passwords of new users and terminated employees
    • Monitor/manage VPN, IPS, IDS and firewall,
  • Manage physical security
    • Monitor and enforce physical security of computers, drives, and etc
• User support
  • Installs, configures, maintains, troubleshoots, and provides technical service support network hardware and software
  • Serves as a liaison between HQ and employees to resolve issues regarding ERP system.
  • Generate sales and other reports as requested
• Equipment management
  • Coordinate purchases/lease, maintenance and upgrades of IT equipment, such as PC, monitor, printer, communication devices (both wired and wireless) and accessories
  • Review and process the invoices related to IT equipments
  • Fixed assets
    • Perform physical and system audit of fixed assets of IT related equipments.

General Affair

• Provide operational support for all
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Follow policy and procedure of the company.
