보니까 “If birth certificate is unavailable, you must submit a statement from the appropriate government official on government letterhead indicating that the birth certificate does not exist and the reason for its nonexistence” 라고 되어있는데 그러면 기본 증명서만 준비 하면 괜찮을까요? 한국에는 birth certificate같은게 없는지라… 아니면 따로 무슨 statement라도 받아와야 하나요?
