1)E-Commerce
Duties include but not limited to:
– Create shipping labels for online orders and inspect packages for potential merchandise errors.
– Investigate any orders that may seem fraudulent: such as identity theft, credit card use without permission, and etc.
– Establish rapport with shipping carriers (FedEx, UPS, USPS) to ensure safe, cost effective transport of orders.
– Answer all customer service related calls such as merchandise inquiries, order status, and complaints.
– Cultivate strong customer relations and client loyalty as a result of dedicated customer service.
– Exercise a mature, diplomatic approach to resolving problematic issues
– Resolve issues involving account discrepancies, product delivery, and cost allocation.
– Coordinate inventory control and process merchandise returns such as items the customer may be dissatisfied with including defected items. Process exchange requests and re-adjust the cost.
– Monitor all merchandise available on web

Requirements:
– Fluent in English & Korean
– Experience in E-commerce preferred but not required
