Joynus Staffing is seeking a Bilingual Korean Purchasing Specialist for a Tier 1 Kia/Hyundai parts supplier who manufactures automobile body forms. Position Overview

The Bilingual Korean Purchasing Entry Level associate will be responsible for assisting with commercial terms and developing sourcing strategies.

Responsibilities

Identify potential sources for materials needed for production
Assist with supplier relationship, including contract maintenance
Achieve annual cost savings targets and assist in developing supplier/commodity strategies
Assist in soliciting written and verbal quotations
Assist in maintaining procurement documents in a systematic and auditable manner
Communicate with various departments to assess purchasing needs
Manage inventories arriving from Korea
Analyze inventory from previous month to order additional parts
Manage internal and external audits (ISO/TS 16949 audits)
Requirements:

Must be bilingual Korean and English
Bachelor of Science degree in engineering or related field preferred
Knowledge of ISO/TS 16949 standards preferred
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organization and clerical skills
Excellent analytical and presentation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
