Currently, there is a vacancy for a Bilingual Korean Project Specialist within our Joynus Care branch as our company is expanding its operations. Joynus Care provides home healthcare services to the immigrant society who are often neglected from receiving the full benefits of healthcare in the U.S. due to cultural and language barriers. We are looking for a forward-thinking and passionate individual to join our family in our efforts to bridge the cultural gap.

Position Overview:

Working under the direction of the Business Development Manager, the Project Specialist will support and execute marketing and business development programs and initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Data Entry, Data Mining and Data Cleanup in an Applicant Tracking System
Research for Home Health market in metro Atlanta
Manage existing Social Media accounts while creating new accounts
Assist in implementing strategic directives and coordinate marketing functions
Assist in development and implementation of marketing and business and client development projects
See various projects through from concept to delivery (Sometimes with limited or no oversight from a manager)
Assist in tracking information relating to business development activities
Support public relations activities
Undertake other projects as assigned

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree (Non-major specific)
Must be able to speak English and Korean
Superior written and oral communications skills (Heavy focus on English language)
Strong interpersonal skills coupled with persistence to see a project through
High level of maturity and confidence to interact with sophisticated internal and external clients
Excellent project management, organizational, planning and prioritizing skills
Outstanding attention to detail, flexibility and creativity
Excellent computer skills with knowledge of CRM software a plus (Must be Tech-savvy!)
