Shipping & Receiving Associate (Full time/Part time) (LA & Orange County)
Job Description:
– Schedule timely and cost efficient domestic; Truck Load, LTL and common carriers
– Interaction with shipping carriers (3rd party logistics including LTL and common carrier) for arranging/tracking
– Offloading and unpacking of materials
– Prepare and verify inbound and outbound shipments for accuracy of contents
– Pick up material delivery for processing
– Fill orders and organize truck shipments
– Prepare invoices and provide information about shipments to Accounting Department
– Maintain records of shipments, inventory store room and tool room
– Perform monthly cycle counts
– Operation of material handling equipment
– Responsible for material returns
– Responsible for Inventory checkup
– Sorting, weighing, scanning for UPS, DHL, Federal Express delivery and other carriers
– Customer Service Support
– Maintain a clean and safe work environment
– May perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualification:
– 1-2 years of shipping & receiving experience a plus

Job Description:
The job of Sales Representative is centered on assisting the Sales Manager in the creation of new sales and marketing tactics to the body composition market. We are searching for aggressive, dedicated, entrepreneurial-minded individuals that are ready to join a company that is currently building strong momentum and shows great opportunity for growth.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
– Bachelor’s Degree required
– Gain market knowledge and awareness of procedures, new technologies, and techniques to develop a strong personal sales approach
– Maintain awareness/compile and communicate competitive information on equipment and devices preferred by the marketplace
– Focus on sales growth in areas of profitable growth and customer satisfaction
– Responsible for assuring that all appropriate information on quality, delivery, and technical requests is relayed to the customer
– Researches and responds to delivery, quality and document issues as required to maintain high customer rating
– Must demonstrate daily skills in the following areas: problem solving, time management, organization, effective communication, and multi-tasking

Operation Associate in a Healthcare industry (Full time) (LA & Orange County)
Job Description:
– Work closely with off-shore development division on product development
– Maintain general office organization and appearance
– Develop and implement office operation processes and manage office policies
– Plan and develop systems and procedures to improve the operating quality and efficiency
– Analyze and document business processes and problems. Develop solutions to enhance efficiencies
– Coordinate with Human Resources for appropriate staffing levels
– Researches and/or develops HR initiatives at direction of President; implements new and/or modified Corporate and HR policies following approval of President

Marketing Associate in a Healthcare industry (Full time) (LA & Orange County)
Job Description:
– Analyze competitors, market and pricing environment for potential products and recommend products for launch
– Developing, editing, and promoting additional content as needed, including case studies, testimonials, and best practices
– Work cross-functionally to develop product packaging, documentation, photography and other marketing collateral (if required) for approved products
– Test or manage testing of product samples
– Drive the efficient and timely launch of approved products
– Manage pricing, inventory and marketing of assigned/launched products
– Create and manage development schedules, status reports, test reports, inventory reports and other documentation/templates to support activities
– Work with off-shore R&D team to establish and document product development, launch and maintenance processes
– Research market and industry trends to maintain competitive intelligence
– Prospects continuously for new clients through a variety of techniques, including telephone solicitation and cold calling
– Participates in trade associations and trade shows, and assists in other promotional efforts

Clinical Associate in a Healthcare industry (Full time) (LA & Orange County)
Job Description:
– Provide comprehensive training of the body composition analyzer applications to new clients, providing prompt, online, and in-field support to the client, while maintaining a high level of technical expertise in all aspects of the Biospace products.
– Training of Biospace distributors to successfully operate InBody products.
– Training on a variety of clinical and research applications
– Supporting Biospace existing users by installing, fine-tuning, maintaining, and troubleshooting Biospace products and applications.
– Demonstrate and present new body composition analyzer applications to wide audience.
– Publish research/marketing materials for Biospace network
– Work closely with off-shore R&D team to update and monitor product related clinical documentation and studies
– Responsible for monitoring product related clinical trials to ensure that investigators are conducting the research within requirements of the clinical protocol
– Performs initial qualification visits of potential investigators. Evaluates the capability of the site to successfully manage and conduct the clinical study, both clinically and technically
– Serves as primary contact between Biospace network and clients; coordinates all correspondence; ensures timely transmission of clinical data as requested.
Minimum Qualification:
– Bachelor’s Degree required in Biology, Genetics, Molecular Biology, Nursing or any medical related science
– Must have customer service skills and healthcare industry experience
– Must clarify the internal products certification training within a probation period
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Current CA Driver’s License and clean DMV driving record
– May perform other duties as assigned.
