Please be advised that we are looking for a competent Assistant Project Manager / Superintendent / Project Manager that is responsible with excellent business work ethics. At the same time , must be detailed oriented, must have good oral & wrting skills and can handle a good amount of pressure in dealing with multi tasking.

Responsibilities:

-Oversee bid estimate preparation, review and submission process.
-Negotiate with and coordinate external vendors, architects, estimators, surveyors, subcontractors re: price / schedule…etc
-Communicate effectively with governmental agencies, C.M. Firms and School Construction Authority.
-Supervise all schedule aspects for all projects, from bid submittal through performance review, to ensure on time project completion.
-Also: project and resource planning: document management and control: team management for multiple projects.

Qualifications:

-Ability to work well under pressure within strict deadlines, and to manage multiple projects
-Strong level of commitment to completion of projects, dedicating strict adherence and precise attention to specifications.
-Demonstrated experience in SCA Projects preferred
-Auto Cadd Exp. in shop drawings + As built drawings a plus.
-Experience preferred but not essential for Assistant Project Manager Position

Requirement-Must be:

-Proactive with good follow up abilities
-Be detailed oriented and yet be able to conceptualize general outcomes
-Have efficient and effective interpersonal skills
-Be fluent in English, with Strong writing skills
-Be computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office applications
