As far as I know, the position is not part-time any more, because

work hour per week exceeds a guideline for part time. I recommend

you to look for a regulation which governs the definition of part-

time and full-time. It is determined by actual working hours, and

it doesn’t work to order like "You are a part-time employee and you

should work more than 8 hours a day."

In my experience, it’s a full-time position.

실제 근무시간은 월~금 9-to-5니까 풀타임과 다를 바가 없는데, 누가 말씀하시길, 아무리 파트타임 컨트랙터라도 1주일당 몇시간 이상이면 benefit(의료보험, 워컴 등)을 제공해야 할 것이라고 그러시네요.
