오늘 예전 변호사와 제 앞으로 National Visa Center라는 곳에서 이메일을 보냈습니다.

PDF 파일이 첨부 되어 있었는데요, 내용이

You have been designated as the Attorney of Record and representative of the above captioned immigration visa petition. As such, you are responsile to coordinate payment of the immigrant visa processing fee ($345.00) for each applicant indicated on the encloed fee bill invoice, which is now due and payable, and must be paid before petition processing can continue. An invoice for each eligible applicant is enclosed.

그리고 important note로
If a period of one year passes without commnication to the NYC, all coumentations and fee expired and must be resubmitted to resume the immigration process.

라고 적혀 있어요

I-140 한번 approve 받은 도중에 스폰서가 바뀌여서 새로 Concurrent로 140/485를 집어 넣고, 140 승인 나고, 485 EAD 받고 finger 찍고 나서 지금 기다리는 중이거든요.

근데 이런 메일을 받으니 걱정되고 그러네요.
