Small, well-established multicultural marketing agency seeking full-time Digital Marketing Associate specializing in web development, client services, and project management. We are looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, tech-savvy individual with entrepreneurial spirit and great teamwork.

Job Description:
• Work with marketing managers, account executives, and graphic designers to setup websites and Google AdWords campaigns for clients, according to specifications
• Build and maintain static websites for clients using WYSIWYG CMS platforms
• Communicate with clients to obtain information and approvals necessary to continue projects, in a timely manner
• Prepare reports for clients monitoring website traffic and Internet advertising performance
• Contribute to office administration by documenting workflows, building forms, responding to customer inquiries, and performing Internet research
• Assist other departments with assignments as needed
• Keep a professional appearance, organized workspace, and records of client communication

Requirements:
• 1+ years relevant work experience
• College degree preferred
• Experience with Google AdWords and/or website/graphic design
• Sales experience a plus
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Good written and oral English communication skills are a must
• Korean or Chinese (Mandarin) speaking and writing fluency
• Strong time management, ability to meet deadlines
• Flexible, able to multitask and work on a variety of projects for a small, rapidly-growing business
• Self-motivated, can work independently
• Willingness to learn, persevere, and take ownership of agency’s goals to grow the company
