아… 이미 이것저것 많이 해 봤군요. 원글님이 AC초보가 아니라서, 증상파악에 오류가 없어 보여
가스가 적기때문에 발생하는게 아닌 찬바람 완전 잘 나오다가 딱 꺼지는 현상인듯합니다.
컴프레서가 돌때 소리가 적당히 나는건 정상임.

Evap에 온도 센서가 하나 있고, 파이프에 개스압력센서(정상압력일때 closed)가 있는데, 이건 문제가 아닐듯 하고요.

I have a 2002 civic si. I cannot get anyone to diagnose what is going on with my air conditioning problem. The A/C will blow freezing cold air every time I start the car, if it is not too hot outside the a/c will generally work the entire time, the problem is when the weather gets HOT the a/c stops blowing cold air after a while. I notice it tends to stop blowing cold after driving it faster like on the highway, It will then only come back on after the car has cooled down.
컴프레서 주변에 달려있는 thermal protector 만 교체해서 고친사림이 있네요. 컴프레서 안에 있는게 아니라 밖에 달렸군요. 아마 컴프레서 내부가 고착이 되었을때도 계속 돌리면 온도가 너무 올라가서 문제가 커지니, 클러치를 떼어주게 클러치로 가는 전기연결을 끊어 주는 보호스위치같아요. 이게 불량이라 워밍업되면 open되는 듯.
it’s the thermal protector on the compressor. It has two wires and one screw. I replaced mine last year and it fixed the problem immediately. Only problem is one year later and the problem came back. I don’t think they build the sensors very well. I’m thinking about bypassing it but i’m afraid of burning up the compressor. Funny thing is other compressors don’t even have these sensors.
One side note, if the ac blows perfectly cold air then just shuts off like flipping a switch it’s not low on freon

이 thermal protector부품을 따로 판매하는걸 쉽게는 안찾아지는데, 함 잘 찾아보시고 교체해봐요
They rewired it so it would bypass the sensors that would shut off the compressor somehow. Ended up being a cheap fix.
이건 아마 thermal protector 를 적당히 합선 시켜서, 온도무관하게 항상 closed 되게 한 경우 같아요.
또 하나는, 클러치에 와셔(shim)이 달려있어서 클러치 간격을 적당히 조절하는데, 이 shim 을 재조정 해주니 되다 안되다 하는게 고쳐진 모양입니다.
He realized that the A/C clutch would not engage once the car heats up, so he took the clutch out and removed two out of three metal shims from between the compressor and the clutch (known as reshimming). A/C has worked perfectly since even in extremely hot weather.
일단 thermal protector를 만져보고;;
1 .온도센서 전선을 강제로 합선시킴
또는
2. 온도센싱 부분이 컴프레서 몸체에 닫는걸 떼어내거나 단열재를 끼워넣어 온도를 감지하지 못하게함

AC 꺼지는 증상이 개선되면 파트를 구해보고,
증상이 개선은 되지만 완전치 않게 오락가락 하면 shim까지 손봐주면 될듯… 왠지 느낌이 좋군요^^
단, 어쩌면 thermal protector는 이상 없고, 진짜 컴프레서의 온도가 이상적으로 너무 고온일수 도 있습니다.
