Employment Type: Full-time, Exempt[Position Summary] The primary objective of this position is to support North America Headquarter’s Operation and Innovation activities including Process enhancement, KPI Management, Policy and Procedure Management in order to achieve higher business performance and synergy among U.S.HQ subsidiaries.
Roles & Responsibilities: Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to delivering in-depth and insightful weekly, monthly and quarterly reports based primarily on internally developed data.
• Create strategies and develop short-term and long-term business plan for operational excellence in PP & VPC business unit.
• Provide guideline to subsidiaries for operations and lead the communication among subsidiaries and HQ
• Develop and manage targets and KPI metrics for subsidiaries.
• Create Monthly report to update the top management on status of operations.
• Manage process innovation tasks for operation including issue and root cause analysis, cross functional alignment, and initiative issue resolution
• Own weekly, monthly, quarterly reports – collect data for report, conduct analysis, and prepare report in a timely manner; present report to executive management team
• Work with cross-functional teams including colleagues and senior management
• Work with other GAPS organizations/departments to create analysis to improve business performance
• Strong attention to detail, problem solving and analytical skills.
• Self-starter with ability to multi-task, work with flexibility, and meet deadlines.
• Ability to interact effectively and professionally with employees at all levels of the organization.

• 5+ years job related experience and Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or equivalent.
• Exceptional analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to interact will wide range of colleagues
• Strong sense of ownership of data
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment to achieve team goals and complete assignments within established deadlines
• Project Management skills
• Expert in MS Office applications, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Desire to continuously improve and develop best in class processes and deliver exceptional results.
• The ability to read, write, and prepare comprehensive spreadsheets and reports and ability to present information in clear and concise manner.
• Demonstrated English language competency in both oral and written communication modes for both internal and external communications at various levels.
• Ability to gather and analyze data from multiple sources, prepare spreadsheets, charts, graphs and tables of information and to plan and prioritize multiple work assignmentsBenefits
