Discrimination in the EU 2008 – sexual orientation
유럽의 각각의 나라에서 “sexual orientation 에 따른 차별이 만연해 있다”고
생각하는 시민의 수를 percent 로 나타낸 도표.

미국 Virginia 에서는 3/4/2010 에 Attony General 이
Virginia의 모든 대학에 보낸 공문에서
“sexual orientation 에 따른 차별은 금지된다”는 문구를
삭제하도록 지시했습니다.

“…it is my advice that
the law and public policy of the Commonwealth of Virginia
prohibit a college or university from including “sexual orientation”….
in its non-discrimination policy as a protected class…”

그래서 찾아보았더니,
미국에서는 단지 21 주와 DC 에서만이 직장에서
sexual orientation 에 따른 차별이
법으로 금지되어있더군요.
