It delivers Value Added Logistics Solutions on a Global Scale with a customized approach to meet the client’s needs and demands.

    CORE ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
    The role of Warehouse Planning Manager will take full control of the resource planning requirements for each warehouse including but not limiting to:
    • Ensure that the right level is identified and allocated appropriately.
    • Create, develop and managing operational detailed strategic plans to ensure optimal service levels are achieved within budget.
    • Plan and co-ordinate the allocation of resources across the sites to ensure required KPIs and customer service levels are achieved.
    • Provide an ongoing review of each site and advises the upper management team for any required changes, including demand forecasting.
    • Ensure accurate forecasting models and techniques are used to optimize availability and inventory levels.
    • Take an active ownership role in projects related to the Warehouse planning and management elements of all warehouse systems and applications.
    • Influence the development of the WH logistic systems, applications and processes, ensuring a robust and future proof IT landscape is in place, to define the Global Warehouse Strategy against the backdrop of ever changing market and business requirements.
    • Maintain physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.

    REQUIREMENTS
    • Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Industry Engineering, Business or Engineering discipline.
    • Experience in planning management experience ideally with an operational background in a 3PL environment.
    • Experience in system integration and system communication projects within the warehouse and 3PL environment.
    • Be IT literate and a proficient user of SAP, MS Office & other logistics related systems (TMS/WMS).
    • Experience in Project Management.
    • Excellent communication skills (bilingual in Korean and English is a plus, but not required).
    • Analytical, logical and self-motivated individual.
    • Ability to multi-task whilst maintaining structure and attention to detail.
