Joynus Staffing is seeking a Bilingual Korean Maintenance Technician for a Tier 2 supplier of automotive brake discs and knuckles. The company believes in investing in the best options to better meet the customers’ needs.Position Overview
The Bilingual Korean Maintenance Technician will perform daily maintenance, repair, or replacement of machines, electrical or mechanical systems and subsystems, hydraulic and pneumatic systems within an industrial environment.
Responsibilities:
Understand and troubleshoot basic electric schematics
Identify, diagnose and repair industrial equipment and robot malfunctions
Repair, rebuild and install equipment as needed; disassemble and clean items; order replacement parts, reassemble and test items
Align, fit, and assemble component parts, using hand tools and power tools
Adhere to spare/repair parts policy to maintain equipment and facilities
Work with engineers, contractors, vendors, and staff as needed in order to complete assignments
Utilize appropriate computer software to log any new information vital to maintenance
Read blueprints, hydraulic and pneumatic schematics, mechanical/electrical diagrams, and technical orders to determine methods and sequences of assembly
Operate and maintain a variety of hand and power tools used in the performance of assigned duties
Adhere to OSHA mandated guidelines, and the Company policies and procedures at all timesRequirements:
Must be able to speak Korean and English
High school diploma or GED
Industrial electrical/mechanical background
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems
Ability to read blueprints, specifications and technical materials
Experience in electrical installation and maintenance work on plant electrical systems and equipment
Experience in mechanical installation and maintenance work on plant systems and equipment
Experience in hydraulics and pneumatics
