Joynus Care, Inc, is dedicated to bridging the cultural gap within the private home care industry and consists of the Private Home Care, Care Management, PCA Training School, and Postpartum Service Divisions. We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team.

The Bilingual Korean Registered Nurse (RN) will be involved with the operations of all four divisions and must be able to juggle multiple projects.

Responsibilities

Assess clients, develop care plans, and follow-up
Provide nursing care to patients
Educate patients and patients’ families on how to follow their care plans
Conduct training to develop nurse aides, personal care assistants (PCA), and doulas through Joynus Care’s State-Approved 40 Hour Training Program
Continue to evaluate and develop field staff
Provide support in ensuring quality service to patients

Requirements

Must have GA RN license in good standing
At minimum intermediate in speaking and writing Korean
Strong assessment and organizational skills
Must have a demonstrated successful track record of working independently while taking on increased or diverse responsibilities
