This leading social commerce platform is looking for a Chief Technology Officer.

Key Responsibilities

Overall responsible for growing and maintaining our platform and working closely with product experts and executive team to shape the product vision and then execute on the roadmap.
Using an active and practical approach, the CTO will direct all employees in Product and Development departments to attain our strategic goals.
Reporting directly to CEO.

Key Requirements

BS or above in computer science or related area
10+ years of work experience, minimum 5 years in Korea
5+ years in leading a tech team, 20+ people
Experience in developing a service with >1m Monthly Active Users
Lived abroad for 2+ years
Ability to motivate in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Experience developing high level tech and product strategy in line with the strategic vision of the organization
Experience in working closely with marketing team and supporting them in their efforts to grow the company
Strong background in System Architecture
Strong SCRUM experience and true believer in SCRUM
Experience with version control systems
Ability to articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
Superior analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities with entrepreneurial spirit and outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Native Korean, fluent in English
