The applicant marked”g” in Part 2, Question 2, as the reason for filing the Form I-90. This reason requires the applicant to have reached their 14th birthday since their permanet resident card had been issued and the current card will expire before their 16th birthday. Furthermore, applicants must file the I-90, within 30days of reaching their 14th birthday. Our records show the applicant either had not filed within 30days of reaching his/her 14th birthday, or the current card expired after the applicant’s 16th birthday. You can resubmit the application with the appropriate fee as described on the USCIS
위의 내용으로 서류들이 반송되어져 왔습니다.
근데 30일기간에 맞춰서 I-90 File했는데도 다시 반송돼 와서 얼마전에 다시 370불과 같이 보냈는데 위와같은 내용으로 반송되어져 왔습니다
암만 봐도 뭐가 잘못 되었는지 모르겠습니다. 만약에 늦게했더라도 370불을 냈으니깐처리해줘야 하는것 아닌가요..

아마도 ” ….have reached their 14th birthday…. and…. the current card will expire before their 16th birthday..” 때문일겁니다.
아이 영주권이 16세 이전에 만기되지 안으면 반송하더군요.
그냥 반송 서류만 킵하고 계시면 되는걸로 알고 있습니다.

저의 아이는 12월1일이 만 14살 생일이 어서 12월1일날 I-90 서류에, $80, 영주권 복사본을 첨부하여 보냈습니다. 하지만 서류의 대리인 사인하는 부분에 아이 대신 제가 서류 사인을 하면 안된다고 서류가 일주일후 리턴 되어서 바로 새 서류에 $80, 영주권 복사본 그리고 아이가 직접 서류 사인하는 부분에 사인하여 보냈더니 서류접수가 되었습니다.
