Job Title: Senior Manager or Director in IT Department

Responsibilities: 

● Works with Call Centers and CSRs in design, implementation and maintenance of problem management process, SLA and monitoring.

● Operations —Direct and perform routine systems maintenance. 

● Design and implement pro-active monitoring processes for detecting, reporting and resolving system issues.

● Disaster Recovery—Directs onsite/offsite storage, data backup/restoration,
and storage management for Data Center and system level.

● Vendor management, asset management, hardware and software maintenance contracts.

● Supervise Asset Management for both hardware and software licensing compliance.

● Strong technical knowledge of Infrastructure Planning and Execution, Virtual Computing Environment (VMWare), Windows Operating Systems,
MS Exchange and SQL

● Knowledge of LAN, including CISCO routers, switches, hubs, remote dial-up,VPN, PBX’s, network hardware, protocols, etc.

● Strong problem solving orientation and analytical skills

Education and Required Experiences:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information Systems
Master’s degree in MIS or MBA preferred
Minimum of 5+ years related work experience in IT required.
