Now Editing “Staff Accountant” Name * Password * Email Topic Title (Maximum Length 80) Company * Location Expires at We are a small accounting firm in Foster City, CA and looking for a Staff Accountant with/without experience. • Job title: Staff Accountant • Duties: – Monthly and quarterly bookkeeping using QuickBooks: enter client’s transactions into general ledger, reconcile bank and credit card accounts, record closing journal entries, produce monthly financial statements, maintain depreciation and loan amortization schedules; prepare sales tax returns. – Payroll: process payroll for clients, issue payroll reports, prepare quarterly and annual payroll tax returns, issue W-2s and 1099s. – Communicating with clients via phone and email • Required skills and experience: - The job requires excellent organization skills, proficiency with Windows system, Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook, and attention to details. Good communication skills and a can-do attitude is a must.
