As far as I know, you can get your wife’s ITIN by prooving she actually

lives in US with you. I got my children’s ITIN by sending their notorized

copy of school report cards to IRS. In your wife’s case, I don’t know how

you can prove it. I think you can get the answer by calling your local IRS

office.
