3 현재, 운전면허증도 살았있습니다.

소셜도 신청해서 받았기에 소셜카드도 있습니다.

다시 미국에 들어가려고 합니다. 그럼, 처음부터 다시 H1B를 받아서 들어가야만 하는것입니까?

아니면 예전에 있던 것을 다시 살려서 들어가야 하는것입니까?

–> I guess your case is H-1B quota exempt. I would try to find an employer

to sponsor for your H-1B status. You may not work without a sponsor even

if you look to have everything (Driver license, SSN, etc). Your H-1B

processing will be same as your first H-1B application, except H-1B quota

subject. Since you already left your previous employer, your current H-1B

is not valid for employment.

I think his status is no longer H1B. Then Kiki2003님 has to start the H1B process all over again.

The number itself shall remain the same when you get the new H1B. (They gave nme the same number I once received about 15 yrs ago!)

5. 올해에 H1B신청하면 최대한 빨리 언제쯤 미국에 들어갈수 있을까요?

–> As soon as USCIS approves. It will be quite quick because of quota-exempt.
