Sr. QA Engineer
– One or more years of automation experience with a scripting language or automation tool language.
– Lead experience of at least a two person group.
– Automation experience in a software (non-web) or hardware environment is a plus.
– Prior experience with software testing and debugging techniques.
– Experience testing in a Windows/NT environment. Testing experience in a Unix environment is a must.
– One or more years of load and stress testing. Benchmarking would be a plus.
Senior Program Manager
Track record of bringing products to market using the following skills/technologies:
– C/C++ software engineering
– board-level hardware design
– mechanical and industrial design
– Experience designing products for high reliability industries and environments (e.g., telecommunications)
– Experience with Design for Manufacturing principles and practices. Ability to integrate such practices into the development team’s efforts.
– Familiarity with networking: IP networks, storage networks, 2-way HFC cable networks
– Knowledge of system and component test methodologies.
– Results-oriented self-starter with strong work ethic and high attention to detail
– Proven analytical and organizational skills with outstanding oral and written communication
– Ability to coalesce, condense and disseminate large amounts of information to audiences of internal groups and external customers and partners
– Simultaneously manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Sr. Software Engineer – Applications
– At least 7 years application programming experience in C/C++
– Solid development experience with UNIX operating systems.
– Previous experience with client-server multi-tier applications, streaming and networking technology, and object-oriented programming.
– Software application development experience that interfaced with hardware is desirable.
– Ability to write design documentation as well as generally good written and verbal communication skills
– Knowledge of MPEG and experience in Television Cable industry applications a plus.
Sr. Software Engineer – Kernel/OS Development
– Expert knowledge of low-level software engineering practices.
– Extensive experience troubleshooting complex, high-speed systems involving hardware and software.
– Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Self-motivated individual that is committed to the attainment of project goals.
– Familiarity with networking technologies.
– Experience with Unix and/or FreeBSD kernel a plus
