Operational Assistance with,
– Create Sales Orders from incoming purchases from the customers via fax/email or EDI.
– Receive orders with relating shipping order and packing slips and shipping labels.
– Send invoices for the customers.
– Handle incoming phone calls or email from the customers about shipping or packing related questions.
– Able to handle the customers inquiries and do further research on products, such as how to check inventory and see what items are selling and what are not, making them better accessible to the customers.
– Be a self-starter with a creative mind and give suggestions on how to better the process and the company.
Title: Operation Staff
Location: North New Jersey (2 Volvo Drive, Rockleigh, NJ 07647)
Hours: 8:30 AM ~5:30 PM (Mon~Fri)
Position status: Full-time
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to
– Excellent communication and organizational skills.
– Able to working in a fast-paced environment.
– If fluent in Korean is a plus.
