미국온지 12년만에 드디어 체류문제가 해결되었습니다. F1 6년, OPT 1년, H1 5년을 거쳐 여기까지 왔습니다. H1 transfer중 1년간(2004)의 불법 체류 공백이 염려가 되었는데 다행히 아무 탈없이 통과 되었네요. 아마도 현 직장이 Federal Research Lab이라 도움이 되지 않았나 싶습니다. 변호사없이 혼자 하였고 준비기간은 두달가량 걸렸으며 진행과정은 다음과 같습니다.

I485 Card Production Ordered: 01/08/2008 (all family)하원의원 편지(11/19/2007)는 2주후 답장을 받았으며, I485 RFE를 받게끔 진행시키는데 도움이 되었는지는 알수 없지만, 지연시 활용을 추천합니다.
참고로 i485 RFE는 다음과 같습니다.
