They were very honest when assessing my case. When I first contacted them, they said not to file it b/c my case is not strong enough. However, when I re-contacted them for the second time, they took my case and offered “Approve or Re-fund” program.
The whole process was definitely time-consuming. But they clearly tell you what you need to do and the number of recommendation letter you need to get. I definitely feel like they know what they are doing.
Furthermore, throughout the whole process, they were really good about informing their clients about all the changes / government news.
I highly recommend the them if anyone is interested!
