Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly Closing – Check monthly financial statements (B/S, I/S) – Check registered fixed assets list, adjust values for the fixed assets

2. Daily Bookkeeping (Direct – Posting) – Compare and reconcile the chart of accounts of I-YUNO and the accounting firm – Reconcile the differences from cash-basis and accrual basis accounting method – Record adjusting entries for prepaid and advance payments

3. Welfare Budget Expenses – Collect proper receipts or invoices for bookkeeping

4. AP & AR – Check payable and receivable balances of vendors and clients

5. Cash Basis Monthly Budget & Forecasts – Forecast total cash inflows and outflows for each month

6. Estimated P&L Statements – Forecast total revenues and expenses for each month

7. Value-Added Tax and Corporate Tax Verification – Review periodic value-added tax and corporate tax calculations from the accounting firm

Qualification:

– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance / Economics or related field

– Accounting certification holders are preferred

– Minimum of 2 years of relevant accounting experience

– Fluent in English or Korean (Both speaking and writing)
