    JOB DESCRIPTION
    – Sort and distribute incoming mail. Forward any invoices to appropriate staff for approvals as required.
    – Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval for all straight pay invoices.
    – Match purchase receipts to invoices.
    – Respond to all vendor inquiries.
    – Assist in month end closing.
    – Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices.
    – Perform other related duties as assigned.

    QUALIFICATION
    – Experience in accounting preferred (i.e. internship/ co-op)
    – Bachelor’s degree, Accounting or Finance
    – Must have common knowledge of accounting practices and procedures
    – Highly accurate and detail-oriented
    – Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Applications (Word, Excel, & Outlook)

    EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
    – Bachelor’s Degree
    – Required to speak and write fluent Korean and English
