A회사스폰으로 2016년 10월부터 - 2019년 9월 기간동안 h1b visa가 있습니다. 따라서 현재까지 약 1년 반을 h1b사용했고, 이 h1b가 첫번째로 extension 한 적 없습니다. extension을 2019년에 한다면 2022년으로 비자만료를 예상하고 있습니다. (보통 extension포함해 6년 비자로 알고있습니다) 제 질문은, 다른 회사 B로 transfer 하며 이직하려는데 이럴 경우 transfer와 extension 을 회사 b로 부터 동시에 접수할 수 있나요? 그리고 만약 가능하다면 비자 기간이 transfer 와 extension approval부터 3년이 나오나요? 그럼 2021년에 제 h1b가 만료되나요? 마지막 1년을 위해 extension이 또 가능한건가요? 도움 부탁드립니다. 감사합니다.
