Now Editing “h1b dependent h4 pending시 status” Name * Password * Email Topic Title (Maximum Length 80) 안녕하세요 제 와이프가 현재 f1으로 공부하고 있고 6월에 졸업하게 됩니다. 저는 eb3 막 시작하긴 했는데 올해 h1b도 넣을 것 같습니다. h1b 넣을때 dependent도 h4 같이 넣을수 있는걸로 알고 있는데요 로터리 된다고 가정하에 6월에 졸업하고 나서도 h4가 계속 pending일 시에 와이프는 opt ead로 일을 하면서 신분을 유지해야 하는건가요 아니면 h4 pending이면 그냥 있을수 있는건가요?
