Joynus has been retained by a large, global, Korean manufacturer to recruit a Assistant Environmental and Safety Manager to create and monitor all environmental and safety practices. The manager will also spearhead the development and implementation of environmental strategies which promote sustainability. Our client is a global leader in quality and safety. Technical:
Design, and implement policies, processes, procedures & programs to manage environmental and safety requirements.
Tracking compliance (Federal, State and Local)
Create methods for pollution reduction and prevention
Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Create a leadership culture of awareness, acceptance & adherence to the Safety, Health and Security requirements.
Develops, and Manages the Safety Manual outlining the safety program and policies
Leadership:Create a leadership culture of awareness, acceptance & adherence to the environmental requirements.
Lead collaborative and informative meetings to resolve and improve environmental performance
Education:High School/GED OR 5-10+ years of related work experience
4 Year Degree
Software Skills Preferred:Kronos
