오퍼를 받아놓은 상탠데, 다른 회사 면접도 진행중인 상황이라 좀 골치아픈 상황인데 어떤식으로 delay 를 해야할지 여쩌봐도 될까요? 그쪽은 들어가는걸 확정하는 상태에서

just tell them you are interviewing with other companies so you need some time to interview and choose. If the company you got an offer doesn’t allow more time and put you under pressure by negotiating that waiting time, I advise you simply don’t choose that company.

If you already choose that company no matter what, then there is no leverage. you can lie about your family status or some personal issues and get some time, though. However, if you want to use competing offers for negotiation, you will give the impression that you lied about the situation anyway.

다른 회사가 아직 면접 진행 중이면 실제로 고용 될지 안될지 확실히 모르고, 또 고용이 된다고 해도 얼마나 더 걸릴지도 모르니, 오퍼를 받은 회사를 진행을 하는 것이 맞습니다. 회사 다니면서 인터뷰 진행하고, 두 번째 회사가 정말 마음에 들면 조금 일하가 나가는 거죠.

지금 상화에서 나에게 돈 주고 있고, 지금 오퍼 준 회사가 최고 입니다.

내 옵션은 나한테 오퍼 준 회사들 뿐이죠. 면접 진행중인 회사는 아직 옵션이 아닙니다.
저 같은 경우는 우선 별의 별 핑계를 다 대서 오퍼 준 회사에 대답을 조금 미루고, 면접이 잡힌 회사에는 내가 지금 다른 회사에서 오퍼가 와 있는 상태이기 때문에 이 프로세스를 좀 expedite 하고 싶다 라고 말합니다.
