Mccalla, AL에서 아래와 같이 정규직 Operations Manager (Plant Manager)를 채용중입니다.

Responsibilities:

-Directs and coordinates activities of all departments concerned with the packaging, raw material, and shipping/receiving
-Interviews, hires, and oversees the personnel processes
-Ensures all employees are trained on equipment and on safety standards
-Manages ongoing maintenance request procedure
-Reviews equipment and tooling annually to determine replacement or upgrade needs while improving capabilities and
efficiencies
-Coaches and trains employees on all correction action request forms to find the root cause
-Responsible for the process-flow operation to ensure required materials/parts are available and ready as needed to complete the order on time

Requirements:

-Bachelor’s degree
-Minimum of 5 – 10 years’ experience managing overall operations
-Bilingual in Korean and English
-Proficient in Microsoft Office
