인터뷰때 I-693 들고가는 경우는 인터뷰전 60일인가요 I-485 접수시점 기준으로 60일인가요?

Civil Surgeon 서명시점은 485제출일 기준 60일이전이어야하고, 서명이 아래 기간안에만 되어 있으면, 그때부터 2년 유효.
