MignonandMignon is seeking a new office assistant who can work well with others in a very small setting, take constructive feedback, and bring quality assets in a short turnaround time. Assistants will work directly under the General Manager’s supervision.

About MignonandMignon:
MignonandMignon is a top fashion jewelry retailer on major online marketplaces such as Amazon and Etsy that have grown exponentially over the years. We are therefore specifically looking for individuals who are serious about growing with the company.

Responsibilities:

Order Fulfillment
Delegate tasks to the employees to ensure orders are fulfilled effectively and punctually
Print order summaries and shipping labels
Distribute orders to appropriate departments

Customer Service
Resolve problems by addressing customer complaint and concerns
Attract potential customers by answering questions about products and offering suggestions
Update order information such as shipping address, customization requests, etc.

Note: Responsibilities and tasks will vary on a day-to-day basis during the introductory stage.

Required:
Bachelors Degree
Fluency in both Korean and English
Fluency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Fast typing skills (90 WPM)

Preferred:
Fluency in Adobe CS Suite, especially in Photoshop and Illustrator *Highly preferred
Photography (shooting and editing) skills *Highly preferred
Professional graphic design work experience
Previous work, internship experience
