2019년 7월 영주권 문호

만약 USCIS가 final action date을 기준으로 485 접수를 허용할 경우 영주권자 배우자들도 시민권자 배우자들처럼 130이랑 485를 동시에 제출할 수 있겠네요. 기다리시던 분들도 올 여름에 영주권을 다 승인받으시길 바랍니다. 미리 축하드립니다.

진짜 대박이네요. Final action date 이 current 로 잡히다니…
저도 작년 I-130 넣고 이제 와이프 I-485 신청하는데 6월달에 filing date이 1년정도 뛰어서, 오는 7월에 혹시나 final action date으로 filing이 잡히지 않을까 걱정했었는데.. Current보고 정말 깜짝놀랐네요.
다른분들도 건승하시길 바랍니다.

F2A 카테고리로 접수된 485보다 남은 영주권 quota가 더 많은 거 같네요 ^^ 작년에 I-130 접수하셨으면 접수가 몰리기전에 하루라도 빨리 485 접수하시길…

근데 Final action date이 current라도

Filing date이 아직 남아있다면 의미 없는건가요? 485를 접수한 사람만 Final action date이 의미가 있는건가요?
